The report is the part that pays
A service is only worth what the report tells you. We do the filters and fluids, but the value is in what gets noticed while the covers are off — the hose that is rubbing, the seal that is weeping, the mount starting to crack.
Every service gets written up so you have a history on the machine, which matters when you sell it and matters more when you are arguing a warranty claim.
